Practice
IDENTITY. INNOVATION. INFLUENCE.
by 5M Collective.
PR · Entertainment · Digital · Technology
Building brands, creating influence and developing technology at the meeting point of entertainment, media and business.
Who we are
5M Collective sits where storytelling meets technology.
2013 — Now
What drives us
5M Collective was built on a simple observation: most companies hire one agency for publicity, another for digital, and a software firm for anything that needs to be built. The handovers are where good ideas die. So we put all of it under one roof.
Our process
How the work
actually runs
01
Discover
We learn the business, the audience, the market and the competition before proposing anything.
02
Strategize
We agree on what success looks like and build the plan backwards from it.
03
Create
PR, content, creative, digital and engineering teams produce the assets and systems.
04
Activate
Campaigns go live across media, digital platforms and the relevant networks.
05
Measure
Coverage, engagement, leads, conversions and business outcomes — reported plainly.
06
Optimize
Data and market feedback go straight back into the next cycle.
Industries and clients we work with.
Leadership
Four disciplines
one leadership table
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jaideep Raviprakash
Fifteen years shaping how brands, films and public figures are seen. He sets the strategy before anyone opens a design file — what the brand stands for, whose opinion has to change, and what the work is meant to move.
Chief Operating Officer
Junaid Siddiqui
Twenty-five years inside cinema, television and post-production. He runs operations the way a cutting room runs — schedules that hold, crews that deliver, and pipelines that survive a real deadline.
Chief Technology Officer
Rahul Vithala
Fifteen years across digital growth, search and software. He connects the marketing side of the house to the engineering side, which is what lets the company ship its own platforms rather than only recommending someone else's.
Chief Financial Officer
Devender Kodam
A Chartered Accountant whose work spans valuation, financial modelling, capital raising, M&A advisory and restructuring. He gives a communications company an unusually clear view of what its clients' numbers actually need to do.
Clients
What they say
when we are not in the room
They were the only agency in the room who told us not to spend on something. That is why we signed them. The campaign hit our cost per lead in the second month and we have not needed to renegotiate the number since.
Our film had a nine-week window and no plan. They built one backwards from release day. Trailer, audio launch and pre-release coverage landed as one story instead of three. The trade noticed before the audience did.
We came for a website and left with a working product. Because the marketing and engineering people sat in the same room, nothing got lost in a handover. Version one shipped in fourteen weeks.
They handled a bad week better than our own comms team would have. The holding statement went out inside the hour and the story never got a second day. We now keep them on retainer for exactly this.
FAQ
Frequently
asked
questions
Four things under one roof: public relations, entertainment marketing, digital growth and technology. Each practice can stand on its own, but most clients end up using two or three together.
Marketing teams keep asking for things engineering has to build — landing systems, tracking, dashboards, automations, customer data. Keeping both under one roof removes the translation layer, and the finger-pointing that usually comes with it.
No. Entertainment is where we started and where we are strongest, but we work equally with startups, enterprises, technology companies, consumer brands and public figures.
Every campaign starts with an agreed definition of success — traffic, qualified leads, sign-ups, revenue — and reports against it honestly, including the months it does not go to plan.
Yes. We build and support our own products as well as our clients' — SaaS platforms, AI products, CRM systems, dashboards, workflow automation and marketplaces, from idea through launch to growth.
Engagements range from a single campaign or monthly retainer to enterprise programmes, technology builds and full SaaS products.
